The beverage program at Cosmico is anything but typical. The cocktail offering takes classics and puts a unique Mexican twist on them. Our selective cocktail menu celebrates and embraces this special culture with an emphasis on agave-forward concoctions.
Why not try one of our signature cocktails, Volverte A Ver (To See You Again)? A delightful mix of Chile Morita infused Mezcal/Tequila, Nixta, cilantro, lime, a touch of pineapple puree, and smoked salt. This cocktail offers a smoky yet refreshing flavor, perfectly embodying the spirit of Latin American innovation.
In addition to our cocktail program, all beers have been imported from Mexico and wines have been imported from Argentina, Portugal, and Chile.
Cosmico offers a contemporary interpretation of authentic Latin American cuisine. Each dish was carefully selected, featuring both beloved classics and innovative, sophisticated dishes that delight the palate. The food at Cosmico is rooted in traditional techniques, but draws inspiration from around the world, primarily the flavors of our chef’s childhood.
Signature Dish Highlights:
Tinga Tostada: Marinated shredded chicken, refried beans, lettuce, crema, and queso fresco served on a crispy corn tortilla. This dish combines rich flavors and textures for a satisfying bite.
Branzino a la Vera Cruz: Pan-seared branzino topped with a Vera Cruz tomato base sauce and served with white rice. A perfect blend of freshness and flavor, this dish brings a taste of coastal Mexico to your plate.
Birria Ramen: Birria meat, consomé broth, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, radish, and boiled egg. This fusion dish marries traditional Mexican birria with the comforting essence of ramen.
